What skills and qualifications do I need?

None! It’s far more important to us that you have a desire to work combined with a ‘can-do’ attitude. If you join us we expect good attendance when training and at work, a willingness to listen and to learn. We’d like you to enjoy working with a team as it takes a lot of people working together to create one of our projects. This makes respect for others essential. It doesn’t matter where you’ve come from, what we want to see now is honesty, integrity and a determination to succeed.
